WHAT TO EXPECT
Being a teen can feel daunting, demanding, and overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to face it alone! The FearLess Workshop is designed to help teen girls build emotional resilience, boost self-esteem, and overcome anxiety. Through a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), creativity, and other evidence-based approaches, this workshop offers practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and centered.
In this transformative workshop, you’ll learn how to:
Understand how your nervous system responds to fear
Explore your Window of Tolerance (WOT) and how to stay within it
Practice staying grounded and present through the art of mindfulness
Identify and manage overwhelming emotions before they manage you
Recognize toxic relationships and learn how to set healthy boundaries
Reduce anxiety through proven coping strategies
Boost self-esteem and develop a more positive self-image
Identify and challenge negative thought patterns that affect your mental and emotional well-being
This workshop combines therapeutic techniques with creative exercises to help you conquer fear, build resilience, and unlock your inner strength. You’ll leave feeling more confident, more self-aware, and equipped with the tools to face life’s challenges with courage and clarity.
Why "FearLess"?
The name FearLess represents the power to face your fears and challenges with courage, confidence, and grace. This workshop is not about eliminating fear, but about learning how to manage it and use it as a stepping stone toward personal growth.
