WHAT TO EXPECT
Step into a transformative journey where faith, creativity, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) come together to help you see yourself through a new lens. As a teen girl, you're in a season of discovery—shaping your identity and relationships. Yet, in today’s world, external pressures and hidden messages from social media, peers, and society can deeply influence how you see yourself. These messages, if left unchallenged, can erode your body image and impact your self-worth for a lifetime.
But God has a greater story for you. This Body Image Workshop will guide you through healing and self-discovery using a blend of therapeutic techniques, spiritual guidance, and creative expression. Together, we’ll create a healthier, more empowering view of your body and your value, grounded in both therapy and faith.
In this workshop, you will:
Explore the power of art and mindfulness to deepen your self-connection and express your inner thoughts and feelings.
Use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge negative thought patterns and reshape your body image in a positive light.
Understand how external influences—from social media to peer pressure—affect your body image, and learn how to resist their negative impact.
Transform self-critical thoughts into empowering affirmations that foster body positivity and self-love.
Elevate your self-esteem and fully embrace your worth, recognizing that your value is far beyond your appearance.
This workshop offers a unique space where therapy and spirituality unite to help you break free from limiting beliefs and embrace the fullness of who you are. Through guided exercises, group support, and creative expression, you'll gain tools to build lasting confidence and a healthier relationship with your body.
