It takes great courage to reach out for support. As women, we are multi-faceted, taking on various roles throughout our life. A big part of what I do is help women navigate the many seasons of life. Whether you’re a mom, in college, experiencing postpartum or hormonal issues, in the prime of your career, we all need support at some time or another. Being a woman can be beautiful, inspiring, and energizing. It can also be challenging, harsh, and taxing. As women, we have an immense capacity for love and relationships. This also can lead us to struggle with boundaries in relationships, depression, addiction, eating disorders, anxiety and shame. But you don’t have to live with the weight of the struggle, and you sure don’t have to do it alone

““Finding yourself is not really how it works. You aren’t a ten-dollar bill in last winter’s coat pocket. You are also not lost. Your true self is right there, buried under cultural conditioning, other people’s opinions, and inaccurate conclusions you drew as a kid that became your beliefs about who you are”
